Nice! I’ve always wanted to make kombucha. So far I’ve been making only yogurt and kefir as my probiotic source. Your explanation was very good. The only thing is that you was locky to find Angelica who share the scoby with you, but for those that do not know an Angelica (ja,ja) how could I get the scoby?

It sounds strangely similar to either making beer, or sourdough bread, I can’t decide. I think I’ll just have myself another cup of earl grey. Me and Capt. Piccard.

Damn, that looks like a serious setup. I’ve been drinking the raspberry kombucha from Whole Foods recenty. It definitely takes some getting used to but once you do, it’s invigorating.
